As per the recipe, I guess I used about 20 grams - not sure how many teaspoons that is, you might have to measure it. I think it's actually quite a lot, because I like it really bitter! :)

This looks AMAZING! I can not wait to give it a try. I am attempting to convert your recipe to ounces and the conversion is a bit off. Do you think it would be problematic if I rounded up a bit? Thanks!

Mmmmm this looks lush! :) Will it be okay to just add some matcha powder into some regular vanilla ice cream? Or better to make it from scratch? I'm staying away from dairy and soya ice cream at the moment, and looking to get into buying Booja booja - which only has water, agave nectar, cashews and then either cocoa if it's chocolate, or vanilla, or coconut, or pecan, or ginger. Mmmm :) Yummy healthy ice cream. Looking to buy it from Wholefoods supermarket. It is also available from online goodness direct but only if you buy a minimum of 6 freezing items, as there is a cost for the freezing package. Have you tried Booja Booja ice cream yet?
