It was Christmas Eve, very late and we were hungry so I called a restaurant in Chinatown to check if we could chow down. "Open?!" spluttered the incredulous voice on the phone "We are ALWAYS open!" I like, I like a lot! Your Fat Duck review was cracking, I fancy trying it for my 30th in two weeks. Might have a bit of a job getting booked though :s Went to HK last year and to a Singaporean restaurant that served THE most amazing xiao long bao that were topped with a little Goji berry but they had thin skin and quite a few of them ended up all over the table but we just carried on ordering more 'til I perfected picking them up :) I'll also be paying LL's a visit this weekend, sounds great.
