What is a mooli indeed? This is the question that’s been on everyone’s lips.
Well, here, you can have the answer…
So a mooli is not a giant Asian radish, as some of you may have thought (well, you weren’t wrong, but um, you’re wrong) but instead Mooli’s isΒ a new concept of modernised Indian food ~ taking fresh wheat bread, adding some sinfully tasty meats and fresh salads and chutneys and wrapping it into a handy take-out wrap.
A modern fancy tasty kebab if you will. Only healthier, yummier and so very not a kebab.
Thanks to Sameer and Mathew’s geniusness (and a spot of luck at the poker table), we can all have a Mooli’s for lunch these days, a full sized mooli from Β£3.50 or a mini mooli for from Β£2.25 which, c’mon, is not even a dent in your loose change.
My favourite? The goat mini mooli. Goat because it’s seriously delicious and mini because trust me, awesomeness comes in small packages π
