There exists a burger which I don’t like. For real. This burger from the bar menu at Four in Hand might look amazingly succulent and juicy, but their pattie was packed full of herbs which I didn’t like at all. Herbs and bits like… capers?! In my world, capers only go with smoked salmon.

So alas, the search for the best burger in Sydney continues. Current winner: Glass Brasserie.

10 Thoughts on “bite sized: Four in Hand burger… not a winner.

  1. Sad to hear but good to know. I imagine this wasn’t cheap either.

  2. Sadly I think the best burger in Sydney is in NYC…at Shake Shack. Do try The Burger Joint in Darlo…I really liked them, but it’s no shake shake.

  3. hope you are feeling chirpy and happy once again, cousin!

  4. Simon: $20 for burger and fries. At Glass, it’s $20 for burger, fries AND a wine/beer! and the burger actually tastes good there 😉

Miss Piggy: Haha yes I wholeheartedly agree. I will definitely have to try the Burger Joint one day.

Maylin: Hey! Yeah, just going through some stuff but I’m sure I will tell you about it soon… xx

  5. Hi Cat

I quite like the Wagyu burger at Rockpool Bar and Grill but it is exxy. Worth a try!

PS – this blog rocks! 😀

  6. I know what you mean Cat i don’t like patties full of herbs, it’s like they’re trying to hand that it isn’t very fresh or something 😛

  7. aaw how about Lotus, I hear that’s pretty awesome too!

  8. Flash-fried capers are excellent in salads! But I agree, too many “bits” in your meat patty and it can affect the texture.
