Singapore Takeout and chef Janice Wong: because awesomeness does come in small packages!

Saturday night and I’m flying el solo. I kind of like this once in a while, to take my own time and wander along Southbank and you know, eat like five courses of modern Singaporean food on my own. Gong Xi Fa Chai! Our indulgent Chinese New Year celebrations (and a curry puff recipe!)

I was slow. I was lazy. But last Saturday, I eventually got my hands on the Meatwagon cheese burger (recommended as the first burger I shalt try) and mother of all big flat meatballs, it was bloody delicious.
