Since I blogged about our hunt for the best burger in Sydney, a squillion (ok, not really) recommendations have fallen in my lap and our list of burgers-to-have is getting scarily long. Not that there’s anything scary about eating a burger or twenty.
Update 5 March 2012: Lotus Bistro has closed. I am SAD 🙁
Excuse the crummy photo. We actually ate in the bar area at Lotus, which was almost pitch black and because I don’t use any fandangle apps like Photoshop, I milked Microsoft Office Picture Manager’s “brightness and contrast” tool for all it was worth and voila!
I had to share this with you because this is, to date, the best burger we’ve had in Sydney.
Have a great weekend y’all!

Panu and I are on the hunt for (in our very humble opinion) the best burger in Sydney. We like our burgers. I’m not sure if it’s the casualness of it all, the simple yet satisfying combination of good beef on a good bun with good sauce… but there’s something about burgers that we just love, and well, we want to find one which truly steals our hearts here in Sydney.
But we’re yet to find one (and recommendations are most welcome).
As y’all know, last Saturday was a bit of an ups and downs kinda day. Determined not to let the downs KO the ups, we decided what better else to have for dinner than burgers? YEAH! BURGERS!!
And so we found ourselves at Moo Gourmet Burgers on King Street, Newtown.
